How do you open an account?
Opening an account in the app:
- Download the Bank's account management app from the Apple or Android store
- Select "Open a bank account" on the main page of the app
- Follow the instructions for opening an account and start enjoying a personal banker
Opening an account at the branch:
- Make an appointment with the banker via chat or by calling *8860
- Come to the meeting at the branch and bring the following documents:
- Latest payslips
- 3 months' account statements
- Concentration of balances in another account
- Identity card and stub
- Your personal banker will help you transfer standing orders, payments, and more

- Receiving the benefit is up to one year from the date the account is opened, subject to the Bank's discretion
- Granting credit and credit cards is subject to the Bank's discretion
