How do you open an account?
- Schedule an appointment with the banker at the branch in a way that is convenient for you - via chat, WhatsApp or phone
- Come to the meeting at the branch and bring the following documents:
- Latest payslips
- Immigrant Certificate (if necessary)
- Military service ID or National Service Certificate or Call-Up Notice
- For a National Service volunteer: a certificate or confirmation from one of the following organizations: "Bat Ami", "The Association for Volunteering in Israel", "Aminadav", "Shlomit" or "Shel"
- Even if you have opened an account at the branch or in the app, your personal banker will help you transfer standing orders, payments, and more
